1 banana
1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar with The Mother
organic lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
blackstrap molasses (1 tsp to 1 tbsp, to taste)
raw honey (1 tsp to 1 tbsp, to taste)
ginger (1 tsp freshly finely grated or juiced)
cayenne (optional) 1/4-1/8 tsp
