Method

To make the piecrust, place all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth, place into a prepared pie dish and coat the bottom evenly.

To make the pie filling, add the pumpkin to the food processor and process for a few minutes, and then add the rest of your ingredients and blend until well combined and smooth. Place this filling on top of your piecrust and serve with a green salad.
